Our location in the heart of the Northern Neck provides our guests with a variety of activities. Historic Christ Church (1732) is only a short drive away. Other attractions are The Mary Ball Washington Museum and Library, St. Mary's White Chapel (1669), many historic homes and antique shops.
Stratford Hall (Robert E. Lee's birthplace) is approximately 40 miles and the Victory Center and Battlegrounds at Yorktown are about an hour away, and Williamsburg and Jamestown are only an hour and a half.
In the summer there are excursions to Tangier and Smith Islands in the Chesapeake Bay. There is excellent golfing nearby, nature trails and one of the last remaining cable-drawn ferries takes you across the beautiful Corrotoman River.
